It is a nice story copied but most of the agents-ARN holders post 2009 are hand to mouth operators.we can be compared to to cycle puncture and repair service person with the type of revenue in the genuine distribution of MF.comparing the two different world is nice and motivating with the garnish of words like focus and dedication etc.but the realty for the earlier fat cows is different from the new once but alas finally evuantally with the new regulations of SEBI all would be slaughterd soon.be it an airline operator or a cycle repair shop!

Its interesting that the advice are pouring in how an IFA can manage their businesses well, while the much needed reform is to pay them equitable commission. Reality is that in distribution industry especially in MFs IFAs do a lot better in terms customer engagement when compared to all other channels( in fact they are best placed.)

I ALREADY DISCLOSED TO CLIENTS WHAT IAM GETTING IN THE FORM OF TRAIL AND UPFRONT. I am not wooried .I am completly focussed on my business along with clients interest. I am increasing my sip count and i always remember to them the fall witnessed in 1992 and 2008 crash.At present i am fully only in offline.I inform them online is also available.In india this business is going to grow manifold in the days ahead.My sincere advice to Ifa is keep the client interest in mind and guide them properlywith simple schemes.Dont promote complex and sectoral themes.I HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED TO SOME CLIENT FROM DIRECT MODE TO Regular plan with the knowledge of client.
