Congratulations to the team and wishing you all the success. I know it is a big and long term process,but at least it is started. I wish many more association from Western Region joins and strengthen this association. We should have voice and we should reach SEBI. Unfortunately, AMFI has done nothing for IFA.

Congratulations. Much awaited federation has been formed. Hope this will bring uniformity in the functioning of the Mutual Fund Industry. My expectations are as under: 1. Remove complicated NAVs like, Direct, Regular, Institutional etc 2. Devise all the forms as simplified as possible.. The application forms and transactions slips should be common leaving the space for Name of the Funds House on top of the form. 4. Single window service at registrar’s office at CAMs and Karvy for KYC for return of undelivered dividend, redemption cheques.etc. ARN holders should not be forced to get the authority letter, however due acknowledgement of the receipt of such cheques should be obtained. 6. IFAs should be encouraged to mobilize the funds. 7. Unnecessary expenses under the garbs of Investor’s education, fancy brokerage covers, over publication of literature in news papers, creating confusion in the minds of the investors should be avoided.
Congrats!! Now, please ensure that all AMCs move towards the Trail Only model. This will be the biggest Game Changer towards making the Industry attractive for IFAs. Best of luck!
