Their growth till last year was primarily due to the fact that they were one of the few AMCs accepting appls of US residents. Now that better AMCs like SBI-Birla have jumped in, its going to be tough for them. Never heard of any training injtiative of theirs. In my view, their present Sales and Distribution team lacks the skills required to take them places. Kailash needs to spend time on the ground, with distributors, to know the reality.
