Dear Sir, I am a regular viewer/listener of your monthly Webniars & I really appreciate your AMC efforts to update on montly basis without any fail. I have written you many times at this platform in the past. Once again I have been forced to write you in this platform. I also got an opportunity to meet Mr Vijay Venkatram of this platform in the present month at Chandigarh. I am a firm believer of ICICI Prud Balanced fund for Senior Citizens. But I am sorry to write you once again about very poor response of your Local & Chandigarh Back office Dept. Sometimes it seems to me that everybody in the area is concerned about only one thing i.e. SALES Direct or others. There are a lot of problems in your Value STPs right from the beginning & I have been informing all your channels(Sales & Backoffice) but no body is interested at all. There are problems in IPRU Touch Platform too but nobody has not listened anything.
