The 6th edition of the Wealth Forum Advisor Awards were given away on July 17th, 2015 in Mumbai. These annual awards recognize distribution excellence at a pan-industry level, across all distribution segments - IFAs, regional distributors, national distributors and banks. The awards were given to champion distributors by a galaxy of AMC CEOs and sales heads, making it a truly pan industry, pan India event.

Three sets of awards were given to 13 categories of distributors, making a total of 39 awards. Awards were based on performance during the financial year 2015-15. The three categories are:

Retail Growth Champions: calculated on the basis of weighted average of three parameters - net increase in investor folios, net increase in SIP count and net increase in SIP value.

Business Growth Champions: calculated on the basis of weighted total of net sales across all product categories other than liquid funds

Distributor of the Year: calculated on weighted indexed scores across all 4 parameters discussed above.
